Services

Project Management Services: We undertake project management for commercial and large residences spaces. Our role is to oversee architectural design and construction work and ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner with requisite attention to detail bearing in mind your best interest and your preferences. We assist clients from the stage of preliminary design concepts to space planning, selection of vendors (including interior designers), materials/finishes, project coordination and execution. We persevere to control costs and manage timelines on behalf of the client. We plan, organise and coordinate each step of the project ensuring an efficient interaction between the various service providers and vendors. Clients are kept informed and pre-planned meetings are set up to ensure that our clients can have a relaxed experience. Our team remains available for any interim updates, new requests, as necessary. We act as your representative including with respect to negotiations on price with the vendors. We do not charge a commission from any vendors and as a result are happy to work with your preferred vendors, as you may require.
Interior design: We provide end to end interior designing/ refurbishment services of commercial and residential spaces. We approach every project using market analysis, innovative concept creation, bespoke furniture and lighting design. Our service includes concept development, space planning, project coordination and customised design. We have designed spaces in traditional, contemporary, art deco and various other styles based on individual preferences. We work closely with a team of carpenters, civil contractors, masons, craftsmen for various arts (including marble in-lay work, wooden carvings, etc.), fabric providers, tailors (for stitching curtains, cushion covers, etc.) and various other artisans.
Refurbishment/ Interior decoration: We offer highly professional refurbishment and interior decoration services based on client’s taste and individual style. We integrate functional redesigns in existing interiors, where necessary.
Consultancy: We offer professional consultancy in interior design. Our market knowledge, vast data base and experience allows us to offer functional and innovation solutions tailored to the need of the client.
